[attr="class","vpostb"] [attr="class","vpostbg"] “It’s getting late.”
Nana lifted her head and looked at the sky, swirls of orange, yellow and tints of red reached across the sky as the sun began to set. She sighed. She knew that if she didn’t start making her way home now, she was going to be late and on a school night…the last thing she needed was to get in trouble when she had a concert coming up later on in the month. She picked up her violin case and bag of sweets that she bought at the local market and began to make her way home. Thankfully, she lived within walking distance of the school, so it shouldn’t take her too long to get there. She began to skip along the way, her long blonde hair bouncing behind her. She closed her eyes, feeling the cool breeze, when suddenly she bumped into someone.
“Hey, watch were you’re going!”
“Sorry, sir!” She said as she lowered her head apologetically. She watched as the man grumbled under his breath as he continued on his way down the street. She stood there for a long time, watching him go, tightening her grip on her violin. She wasn’t sure why some people had to be so rude, it was an accident and she apologized! She took a deep breath as she smoothed out her skirt and shirt, than running her fingers through her hair. Nana turned and looked at herself in the mirror, the young sixteen year old was petite with a slender figure, but mostly because she skipped meals in order to practice (which was unhealthy, she knew).
She turned and looked down at her watch. “Shoot, I need to hurry it up!” With that she began to run down the street, trying to pass people by without running into them, however, luck didn’t seem to be on her side today, because before she knew it, she was running into someone else, causing her to fall to the ground.
“Ouch…” she mumbled. “Ah…I’m sorry about that…” she said cautiously, not sure what the other persons reaction was going to be.

Alisa woke up in the morning, went to her classes later on in the day, worked at the high school for a couple of hours, returned home to study before eating dinner. Her life never changed, she was so organized that there wasn't really much one could say on the subject since she was a busy bee, or one might say busy nerd. She had found some free time to read the last few pages of her novel, since she had finished it seemed only fitting for her to go to the library and return the five books she had checked out. She wandered over towards her mirror to check her reflection. Her hair looked fine, her outfit looked fine, leaving her one last thing to do. She grabbed her phone that was charging on the night stand and her wallet and walked out of her bedroom, down the hallway and out of her apartment. Her butler helped keep it spotless, but she liked doing most of the cleaning herself, not really liking the help from others. Alisa wandered down the block, her cell phone in her front right pocket of her slacks, her wallet in her back right pocket, the five books were piled in her arms as she clutched them to avoid dropping them to the ground.
She made her way towards the library, the air was nice and cool on her skin. She saw the library in view and walked faster to make it inside. She then returned all five books before exiting the library to head back home. It had been a long day, she was feeling somewhat tired. She rushed herself to walk home so that she wouldn't have to be outside much longer. Her phone went off and she pulled it from her pocket to see who had sent her a message before shoving it back in her pocket. She swayed around people as she made her way home, if it hadn't been for the fact that her phone kept going off she might have paid closer attention to who was around her, the last time it went of, she had pulled it from her pocket, planning on turning the volume off, but in the process of placing it back in her pocket she had looked up and they had collided with each other. Alisa fall back on her butt, landing on the ground. The other girl had made a comment and she forced herself to slowly stand up. "No, it's my fault. I should have been watching where I was going." She started before whipping her black slacks off, since dirt had gotten all over them.
"I'm sorry." She added, finishing her attempt to clean her pants off the best she could. "Are you alright?" She asked, noticing the other girl hadn't stood up just yet. She attempted to offer the girl her hand to assist her up before looking on the ground to see that her cell phone hadn't made it in her pocket. She walked over slowly and bent down to pick it up, whipping the dirt from it before shoving it back in her pocket. Now she could focus all of her attention on this girl, somebody who seemed friendly to her and well it was her fault for them walking into each other so it was the least she could do to try and make up for it. If she didn't know better though, that girl looked to be around the same age as her, possibly younger, meaning she was in high school.

Nana sighed as she turned her eyes up to the person she knocked into. She was a little shocked to find out it was a young girl, possibly a few years older than Nana if anything, she had bumped into. The girl apologized for it and held out her hand towards her. She hesitated for a moment before she graciously accepted the offer and stood to her feet. She shifted her weight; this girl had an aura about her, proper and prim. She didn’t have to ask questions to know what class she was in, it was plain as day, just how plain it was what kind of class Nana was in. Most lions and wolves stayed far away from a lonesome sheep as herself. She felt out of place, but there was also gentleness in the girls voice, she seemed sincere in her words. Nana held her hands up and shook her head. “No reason to apologize, I was spaced out.” She said honestly. Her words were smooth. She brushed off her shirt and her skirt, making sure it covered her panties. She didn’t need any unwanted attention because she wasn’t seeking anything like that.
She flashed her smile. “I’m sorry; I need to pay attention more. I often daydream a little too much.” She let out a small laugh, as she rubbed the back of her head. She knew that it was a bad habit of herself. She often found herself lost in thought, lost in a different world. She frowned at the thought. She spent most of her time dreaming, and she almost felt like she wasn’t living. Not that she had any reason to complain. Her life was on the outside, perfect. But, was it so selfish that she wanted something more? She couldn’t help to find it almost pathetic, it was as if she was one of those helpless damsels in distress…only thing was she wasn’t in distress for anything. “My name is Nana.” She said as she held out her hand toward the girl, not wanting to ruin the chance of meeting someone. Social classes never bothered her that much. She would talk to anyone, but most others were often….very unwilling to let her get close to them.
Grrrrrrrrr
Nana felt her stomach turn a bright red as she quickly reached down and placed her hands over her stomach, which had made a terrible growling noise. She had skipped lunch to practice, and although she picked up a few sweets, she hadn’t eaten anything since breakfast. She knew it wasn’t healthy, but she had to keep practicing.
“Umm…sorry about that,” Nana mumbled under her breath, feeling utterly humiliated. Alisa noticed the girl had hesitated before taking her hand to be helped up, she refused to think much of it, it would be after all her choice if she wanted help up after all. She wasn't about to force her to accept. The girl had raised her hands up and shook her head and claimed that she didn't need to apologize and claimed to have spaced out. She just nodded her head, thinking to herself that they both were at fault then. Something she would be for sure making a better effort for in the near future. The girl had brushed her clothing, what once needing fixing now covered her perfectly. Not that Alisa was paying much attention, she was to focused on the other girl's face to notice anything else. The girl smiled at her and she found herself smiling back at her.
"I wasn't paying attention either though, so we both could do better." Alisa couldn't speak for her, but she could for herself and she wanted her to understand that it wasn't just her fault seeing as she hadn't been paying attention either. The girl had laughed and Alisa joined her, though she didn't shift from her spot. Alisa gave her name and the girl gave one back. "It's nice to meet you Nana." She stated, truly meaning ever single word. Nana extended her hand and Alisa took it in hers and shook it slowly, in no rush to free her hand, choosing to leave it in Nana, wishing for the other girl to pull away first. Assuming they let go, she would put her hands on her elbows. The stomach noise had caught her off guard and she lifted her hand to her mouth to giggle. Nana had gone bright red, placing her hands over her stomach. Nana apologized, "It is quite alright." Alisa answered her back, moving towards her. "Lets get you something to eat." She answered, not really wanting to give Nana an option in the manner. "Do you have an idea of what you would like to eat?" She asked, figuring she would lead Nana back to her place for a wonderful meal, knowing her butler wouldn't mind cooking for two people since he always made so much food anyways.
